Over the course of a decade the trends have changed when it comes to cafes. initially famous for the Sheesha, myriad people went to hangout with friends and smoke Sheesha. since the ban on Sheesha has been vehemently enforced, things have changed gradually as these cafes have become rendezvous points. Here in this post, i will briefly list my top picks when it comes to cafes in Lahore and what you should try over there for desert.

Number 1 : The Coffee, Tea & Company

This will be rated as the number 1 pick in my list for cafes. the ambience, the food and accessability are just on point. the sitting arrangement is sufficient with cast space and comfortable sofas. Having tried multiple deserts, i will pick the Cake A’la Mod as the top pick. coming with a seven layered chocolate cake slice with molten chocolate on top, this is served with two scoops of ice cream of your choice but vanilla would be the best combination to go with. Priced at Pkr 395/- this is sufficient for two people.

Next desert to try at CTC would be the Cake Alaska. there would always be a tough comeptition between Cake A’la Mod & Cake Alaska and I always shuffle between these two on my every visit. Priced at Pkr 450/- this is a hot sandwich cake with vanilla ice cream (my personal choice) or ice cream of your choice from vanilla, chocolate and coffee flavors. This is mouth watering & sufficient for two people. and not to forget the melting chocolate on top of the sandwich cake.

Number 2: Mocca (Packages Mall)

The Hazel Nut chocolate poured on top vanilla ice cream stuffed between brownies was the most delectable desert at Mocca which captivated me. though majorly they have coffee and beverage drinks but that hazelnut chocolate topped on the brownie had such a unique aroma. it was even so sweet to smell. the cost was about Pkr500 after taxes.
