Being a desi, certain eatables are only found in our sub-continent region. one among such unique eatable is Gol-Gappa or Pani-puri. In this blog, i will share the famous points for Gol-Gappas in Lahore and will be adding my experience of other cities too.

so first off we talk about Lahore, the famous places where you can get Gol-Gappas, even at midnight are the Bagh-e-jinnah gate, China Chowk and the canal road near Royal palm. But the quality at Bagh-e-Jinnah is more than the ones on canal road. At Bagh-e-Jinnah gate, a basket of Gol-Gappas is priced at about Pkr 130/- where there are 24 Gol-Gappas .

So if you find yourself on mall road and wandering around Anarkali then the Hafiz food corner near Anarkali has to offer some delicious Gol-Gappas. you might wanna have some time off your wanderlust to sit down and enjoy the feeling of crispy Gol-Gappas melting in your mouth with sweet sauce and sour tamarind water tickling your taste buds.

On the other hand if you are on a shopping spree in liberty market or Gulberg, then the Gol-Gappas at the end of liberty market are a must have. the location is just at the perpendicular angle. You can access the point by going along Capri cinema and either get it served in your car or enjoy outdoors.

Bonus: if You find yourself visiting the Manchester of Pakistan i.e. Faisalabad , and you feel craved for the Gol-Gappas, don’t worry, go straight to the Iqbal stadium and from the gate move towards the Bagh-e-Jinnah in Faisalabad. There on the road between the Iqbal Stadium gate and Bagh-e-Jinnah, you will find a number of boys waiting to take your order. That’s like a hub of Gol-Gappas . but mostly you would find the Gol-Gappas in the after-noon till late night.
